Tom Yum Kung

Tom Yum Kung


Ingredients
๐  Tom Yum Soup250            g.
๐  70% cooked shrimps
     (21-25 shrimps per kilogram)
     (2 shelled shrimp)
2                 pieces
๐  finely sliced lemongrass15               g.
๐  torn leech lime leaves
    (each leaf torn into 4 pieces without center stem)
1                  leave
๐  whole hot chili3              
๐  halved and boild straw muchrooms
    Coriander leaves
25               g.

Instructions
1.  Boil the soup then add the lemongrass.
2.  Add muchrooms, shrimps, torn leech lime leaves and hot chilli.
3.  Dip into serving dish top with coriander leaves.
